New district officer in Niederkassel

The police chief superintendent began his career with the Bonn police force. Among other things, he was a member of the task force there. After moving to the Rhein-Sieg district, he initially worked for eight years at Troisdorf police station and then for a further eight years with the civilian task force. Here, he was also a member of the emergency task force for three years. Finally, the 49-year-old moved to Hennef police station for six years. Since September 5, the experienced police officer has now joined the district service in Niederkassel. He is taking over the Mondorf, Uckendorf and Stockem areas from his predecessor, Police Superintendent Sandra Limbach, who is now moving to the district service in Troisdorf. "After years of guard duty and rotational duty and my work with the civilian task force, I'm really looking forward to my new area of responsibility as a district officer," says Özcan. He is particularly looking forward to maintaining contact with citizens on the street. In his private life, the married family man is kept busy by his three children. In his remaining free time, the 1. FC Köln fan likes to devote himself to soccer, both passively and actively.
